Fans Are Sad To See Dean Winchester Go
Supernatural started as a cheesy rip-off but a season or two later it became a truly original show with intricate plot lines and family ties in the center of it all, by the 5th season it had become a household show and people started to ask if the show could go on any longer.
The answer, obviously, was yes it went for 10 more seasons after that. In the total 15 years that Supernatural has been aired, it has not only become one of the premiere shows but a part of pop culture.
While there has been a decline in the number of viewers in the later seasons, the show managed to consistently bring in around 1.5 to 3 million viewers and now it is available on Netflix where it could amass millions of more views.
Now as the curtain closes on the Winchester family’s story, fans are incredibly sad to see the show stop airing. In addition to this, the fans that grew up with the show are even sadder.
However, there are people on the other end of the spectrum who think that the show had dragged on too long. Nevertheless, the majority of fans are sad that the show is ending.
We too are avid fans of the show and will miss Sam, Dean, and Bobby on-screen but as Axl Rose once put it, ‘nothing lasts forever’. Every show, no matter how good, comes to an end and Supernatural was no different.
Sometimes endings can be a good thing as Game of Thrones fans found out the harsh way when the series was aired long past its story’s expiry date. Breaking Bad made one of the best endings in TV show history that left fans satisfied, but we must wait and see how Supernatural’s end is, and we hope it is a good one.
