Further adding that Lea’s tantrums and freak-outs delayed filming constantly, resulting in 15 to 18-hour workdays.
Similarly, the same outlet reports that the director, Gerard Canonico from one of her former plays said that she was a ‘tyrant’ while working and made all the cast members feel unwelcome.

Storming Out Of L’Oréal’s Interview
Michele landed a contract for L’Oréal in 2012 for around $1 million. Her contract with the company stated that she would have to give interviews about her beauty routine.

The Glee-star said nothing and just stormed out. She had only answered 2 out of the 5 questions planned for her. Later, the head asked her mother if Lea would return but she said she wouldn’t.
The source reported to Page Six, “All the questions and answers were agreed [on] in advance, she just had to answer five questions on camera about her hair routine to a crew hired by L’Oréal.”
Further adding “But two questions in, Lea just stood up, said she was done and walked out, leaving everyone standing there in shock. The head of L’Oréal asked if she was coming back, and her mother said, ‘No, she’s not.’”
This report has been contradictory to some other sources on the L’Oreal set who said the star actress was a joy to work with.
